Born in Kuwait and a proud Bay Area resident since 1991, Sedar Juarez brings heart, hustle, and over two decades of real estate expertise to every transaction. After immigrating to San Francisco following the Gulf War, Sedar pursued her education at Notre Dame De Namur University, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing.

Her journey into real estate began from personal experience—as a first-time homebuyer who felt left in the dark, Sedar made it her mission to become the kind of agent she wished she’d had: one who truly educates, advocates, and empowers. In a leap of faith (and a coin toss between opening a daycare or pursuing real estate), she chose real estate—and never looked back.

Since then, Sedar has built a respected career specializing in residential sales, including pre-foreclosures, probate, and trust transactions. Known for her fierce negotiation skills—earning her the nickname “The Shark”—and her warm, approachable nature, she has guided countless clients through complex situations with compassion and clarity. She holds certifications in probate, short sales, and senior real estate (SRES), and she’s passionate about helping seniors and families navigate life’s transitions.

From selling 9 homes in her first 6 months as a new agent in Antioch to mentoring fellow realtors since 2005, Sedar’s career has been marked by excellence, consistency, and service. One of her most meaningful success stories involves helping an elderly client with no local support prepare her home for sale—personally organizing estate sales, arranging cleaning, repairs, staging, and securing a $30,000 over-asking sale in just one week.

Outside of real estate, Sedar leads with purpose in her community. She currently serves as President of the GFWC Brentwood Women’s Club, organizing charitable events and fundraisers that give back to local causes. Her passions include painting, dancing, singing, hiking, long walks on the beach, spending time with her church family, watching Lifetime movies, and traveling—often alongside her greatest joys: her husband Alejandro and their two children, Kelly and Fawzi.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Sedar has a gift for connecting with people from all walks of life. She believes in more than just selling homes—she believes in making people’s days better, helping them see the silver lining, and building lifelong relationships that go far beyond the closing table.
