Born and raised in Texas, Katy Kerling brings a wealth of experience, heart, and grit to her work in real estate. Katy began her real estate journey in 2023, following what she calls “God’s plan.” In the years since, she’s built a business grounded in compassion, connection, and commitment. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Specialist through the Icenhower Institute, and soon-to-be Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Katy takes pride in providing exceptional, faith-driven service to her clients—always putting their best interests first. Whether assisting first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or new construction clients, her approach is simple: serve with integrity, empathy, and excellence.

Outside of real estate, Katy is happiest surrounded by family and nature—whether she’s fishing, skiing, camping, or simply connecting with her community.
