Arthur "Art" Roland

Born and raised in San Francisco, Arthur Roland brings over 18 years of real estate experience and a lifetime of Bay Area roots to his work. A graduate of Sacred Heart High School and Laney College, Arthur also studied at the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center and the Kaplan School of Real Estate—laying the foundation for a career built on service, integrity, and care. Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, he served as a Community Leasing Manager, where his passion for helping people find homes first took shape.

Throughout his career, Arthur has specialized in residential sales, senior housing, and pre-foreclosures, earning recognition as a Million Dollar Club member for two consecutive years with Coldwell Banker. His approach is centered on listening first, understanding his clients’ needs deeply, and creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Known for his creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking, Arthur treats every client with the same level of confidentiality, empathy, and respect he would extend to family—whether they’re buying their first home or navigating complex financial circumstances.

For Arthur, real estate isn’t just about property—it’s about people, goals, and long-term relationships. His dedication extends beyond real estate, as he’s actively involved in supporting charities for aged-out foster youth and aspires to one day build housing for young adults aging out of care. Grounded in his local community, Arthur cherishes the Bay Area’s sense of belonging and neighborly connection—where people still look out for one another and where he’s proud to help others find their place to call home.
